He was definitely knowledgeable about both the vehicle and the industry but kept the tone conversational, never trying to push us into anything we didn't want. He and Nick were fair and upfront about the deals they could offer, and we never felt like we were being sold. They wanted to work with us as much as we wanted to work with them. Overall we could not be happier with the experience, and we've already recommended the dealership to our parents. And they bought a car too! More

New member to the Honda family Nick is a very friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth guy. Worked hard to find the right car, the right fit, and best option for me monetarily all Nick is a very friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth guy. I was quite indecisive about what I wanted and Nick stuck with me the whole time test driving cars, going over new/used options, and leasing. I guess all anyone wants to know is if I would go back again. With the service I was provided, the easy-going nature of the staff, as well as the helpfulness, I would certainly go back. If you want to buy a Honda, talk to Nick Poole. In the summer of 2015, I wanted to purchase a newer Honda Civic so I could give my 2007 Civic to my grandson. At the time I looked at Valley Honda, bu In the summer of 2015, I wanted to purchase a newer Honda Civic so I could give my 2007 Civic to my grandson. At the time I looked at Valley Honda, but there weren't any cars that met my needs. I did find one at Honda of Lisle. So I went there. It was the worst experience from start to finish. The sales person and quality of service were poor and I'm sorry I did business with them. I never had a good feel for the car. I'm not a superstitious person, but that car and I did not have a good relationship from the start. Fast forward to late 2015. As 2015 was coming to an end, I decided to look for new 2015 Civics feeling that I could get a good year-end deal. I called Valley Honda and spoke to Nick Poole. I made an appointment to meet, and we discussed options, but I believe I was doubting myself and told him I wanted a little time to think. He was very nice about my decision and didn't decide to pressure me in any way, which I now appreciate very much. He sent me a very nice follow-up email but still did not pressure me. So it made my decision to go back easier. He also let me know that there were very good end of year interest rates and a cash incentive on the car I was looking at. I also received a thank you email from Tommy Mimbs thanking me for my time. I decided to go back, so I did on New Year's day. Nick was professional and personable. There was no pressure and not a lot of haggling involved. I felt his approach was honest and fair. So I decided to buy my current car, a brand new 2015 silver Honda Civic. The financing was great, my trade-in price was fair and with the little bit of extra cash, I felt good about the deal. The process was quite painless and everyone I met with was extremely cordial and professional. Once the paperwork was complete, Nick took time to show me some of the newer features on the car which was very helpful. Ever since I drove out of the dealership, I have been extremely happy with the car. It is really a great vehicle for the price. I did decide to get mud flaps and received a call from Nick in Service that they were in. He too was very nice. I can honestly say the difference between the two dealers I worked with are miles apart in service and satisfaction. I would never recommend the other dealership. I am I bought from Valley Honda and have a lot more confidence in this dealership so that if I need service or have any questions related to my car, I know I will be treated well. Great experience!! More
