During my visit, he was kind, attentive and generous with his time. Nick Poole ended up being the one who helped with the actual purchase of the vehicle. I had been to other dealerships in the surrounding areas and did not feel as if anyone was listening to my needs. Nick actually took the time, listened to me, and gave me options to allow me to make the right decision without any pressure. He was accommodating when I asked if my best friend could come the next morning to test drive and help me pick out my car. He came in early the next day so he could be the one to set up everything so I could drive off the lot as a first time Honda buyer. More
