I had a great experience at Honda universe the sales managers were great and went over everything with me and made it an easy. The salesman were nice also and went over the car with me with any question managers were great and went over everything with me and made it an easy. Overall extremely unhappy. Made a deal via phone with Yvette my sales rep, and agreed on a monthly payment. She never confirmed my address so when I got to the dealership to s Made a deal via phone with Yvette my sales rep, and agreed on a monthly payment. She never confirmed my address so when I got to the dealership to sign off on the deal, my payment went up $100 since I live out of state and my down payment increased drastically. I was told it was too late to get out of the deal even though I had not signed any paper work yet. I felt forced into a deal I was not happy with. She also came to my car while leaving and told me to go on the website and leave a good review. This felt extremely awkward. A week later I am bombarded with multiple calls telling me I need to get a Pa license asap in order to get my car registered in Pa. I am only living in Pa temporarily so I had to run to the dmv last minute to get a Pa license, even though I am moving back to NJ in July. Lastly, I was still charged for my old car payment weeks after I traded it in. When I told Yvette, her response was I was suppose to cancel that payment. I was never told to do this and did not have to do that last time I traded in my lease. Yvette couldn’t seem to care less and told me to call Honda financial. I called and was told I should be receiving a check via mail soon. $309 was taken from my account almost 3 weeks ago and I still not have received that check. More
