Felt bullied by financial manager I can’t say enough about how lovely the salesman, Karlos Merrill’s was. He listened to our needs and tried hard to help make the sale. We were purchasing 2 cars that day so we felt badly for Karlos, when we had to leave due to the financial manager. While he seemed to be giving us a good deal, he was impatient in how he explained the numbers to us and was unwilling to answer our questions. He just kept repeating how good the deal was. We were trying to understand the difference in the leasing terms for 36 or 48 months. We were so frustrated by Nick Salerno’s behavior that we walked out. We ended up purchasing the 2 cars that day at another dealership for the same terms. We felt badly that Karlos lost out due to Nick’s behavior. He really needs a lesson in how to communicate effectively. More

This does not always work because a lot of dealerships mislead customers (I’m sure you never heard that). With that in mind I called Heylin Luciano and explained our situation, within 15 minutes Nick Salerno called me and offered a great deal that I was satisfied with. 3 days later we went to dealer and within 2 hours we drove away with her new CR-V, everything promised delivered. Also want to thank Ozzy in finance who made my mother and I feel very much at ease. More
