I asked for Nick as he was the son of someone I originally met taking the train. not realizing that Nick had moved over to used car sales. Nick was busy with a customer so I made an appointment to come back in a couple days later. In the meantime, Nick spent time getting up to date on the new RAV4. Which I appreciated. Nick was persistent but not annoying which again I appreciated. When Sloane didn’t have a car with my color combination (white outside, gray inside) he kept me informed of his searches and the timeline of when my car would be in. Nick was very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. I was selling my previous car to my niece and Sloane agreed to handle it via a courtesy trade. I realize the dealer did not have to do that but I appreciate them taking care of their customers. The whole process went smoothly and Nick had a big part in that. Thanks again and so far I’m really enjoying my new RAV4 More
