Contacted the Dealership regrading the 2022 Toyota Corolla. As we were looking to buy our second car. When looking at the price breakdown. I found that they had tons of hidden fees and scam dealer ma Corolla. As we were looking to buy our second car. When looking at the price breakdown. I found that they had tons of hidden fees and scam dealer markups $10,000 over msrp to cheat customers. Toyota is losing tons of customers due to Non honest dealers. The more reason to no longer buy from a dealership and straight online. No need for the nonsense and lies that come with buying a simple car from dealers! More

David, Service Manager is very rude and obnoxious. I took my car for service on Thursday, July, 22nd, 2021. I pointed out that I found new damages to my car after inspection . He looked at me and said took my car for service on Thursday, July, 22nd, 2021. I pointed out that I found new damages to my car after inspection . He looked at me and said in an aggressive manner" Do you want me to pay for that? I am not going to pay you for it because my Technician didn't do that" He then walked away as if I was nobody. I felt disrespected because I didn't asked him for any money. This man has no class and should not be in such a position. Customers should be treated in a respectful manner and their concerns addressed in an amicable solution. David belongs in the gutters. More
