David, Service Manager is very rude and obnoxious. I took my car for service on Thursday, July, 22nd, 2021. I pointed out that I found new damages to my car after inspection . He looked at me and said in an aggressive manner" Do you want me to pay for that? I am not going to pay you for it because my Technician didn't do that" He then walked away as if I was nobody. I felt disrespected because I didn't asked him for any money. This man has no class and should not be in such a position. Customers should be treated in a respectful manner and their concerns addressed in an amicable solution. David belongs in the gutters. More

This was my first time at Sloane. The staff was great, Eric was a pleasure to work with, very down to earth, no hot shot cool guy salesman stuff, no pressure, and they were willing to work with my budget Eric was a pleasure to work with, very down to earth, no hot shot cool guy salesman stuff, no pressure, and they were willing to work with my budget and my trade in. These guys didn't make feel bad about buying the car I was eyeing, I didn't have that scummy feeling after making a big purchase, and they didn't try to push extra add-ons like some other dealerships out there. I hadn't even plan to buy a car when I came in, just wanted to window shop, next thing I knew, I walked out with my dream car the same day I came in. I came in at around 11am, walked out with the Supra by lunch, 2pm, very straight forward process. Eric was awesome and took good care of me while dealing with 10 other customers at once. I will definitely be referring friends and family here in the future. Thanks again guys! More
