1st the positive: service advisor, Nick Weiner, is a keeper, and you should keep him happy and employed at your dealer Now the real feedback: 1- cannot call the service dept directly any longer, and I keeper, and you should keep him happy and employed at your dealer Now the real feedback: 1- cannot call the service dept directly any longer, and I when I was transferred the phone just rang and rang, with no answer Called back again, was then put on hold, and then hung up on The third time I called, Sal, one of the salesmen told me to bring in my car and he would get me in 2- the surcharge for credit cards to pay for service is gouging and classic NICKLE AND DIMING your customers There should NOT be a surcharge for debit card payments Are you kidding with this surcharge???? 3- the new waiting area, on the sales floor is inadequate and not on par with the waiting rooms at the other dealers 4- I have purchased 6 new VW’s from Smithtown VW(look it up), and will never purchase another one from Smithtown 5- I will be purchasing a CrossSport from any other VW dealer Net/Net: new ownership is not doing well Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions Mark Skurnick More

Nick Weiner is very knowledgeable with Kindness and Empathy. I trust no one else! There should be more goodhearted honest people in the community of Smithtown Volkswagen like Nick Weiner. Nick Weine Empathy. I trust no one else! There should be more goodhearted honest people in the community of Smithtown Volkswagen like Nick Weiner. Nick Weiner has compassion and understanding, and goes Above and Beyond every time, making Good and Ethical decisions, that is Right and Just. The Owners of this Dealership need to FOLLOW in Nick Weiner Good work Ethics and Good Code of Conduct towards customers. That customers will Trust the new owners Better and not be afraid to return, because this new ownership, now is Charging a Fee for using a credit card? WHY? This is insanity when service and parts at Volkswagen are already expensive and over the top prices. I need a new Head light that should have been covered under warranty, and the past representatives were delinquent in letting me know this@ the time IT should have been Covered and replaced for no Charge, becuse I had a crack in my headlight in 2022. There was a spider trapped that I tried to get out, and service tried to get out and they couldn't get the poor spider trapped in my headlight. Now the spider is dead in my headlight, is its resting place. I have to look @ the poor dead spider every time I do a visual look around of my 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. Now past the warranty mileage, Smithtown Volkswagen is claiming this headlight will cost me $1000 to be replaced. This is not Right and JUST. The new ownership decided to get an answering service to take calls, and it is not the right thing that they did. This past Monday, I wanted to get through directly to service and now there is this Road Block with the answering service. I thought this is it, my next vehicle will not be a Volkswagen, from the reception I received from the rude answering service lady. I feel cut off from my service people, Nick Weiner, is my Life Jacket, that keeps me from drowning, and answering services feels like imprisonment. Because of how the answering service is relating to me. I had a hostile and argumentative phone Rep., that was very obnoxious in her tone and words, and refused to help me in a humane way. Customers should be able to reach Service directly and not be cut off and locked up in a box suffocating. Getting back to Nick Weiner, the New ownership needs to be more like him, and take and learn from Nick's Great Work Ethics, who really goes above and beyond valuing dedicated customers like myself, making me feel human with Kindness and trustful good services done and completed, following in Nick's footsteps of Good Ethics Morals and Values, will be more profitable for you, than the direction the new ownership is attempting to take, will be a failure. Thank you for Reading and God Bless Nick Weiner! More

Nick Weiner at Service is outstanding, goes above and beyond. Nick is honest, with Empathy and understanding. Nick puts me at ease with my 2020 volkswagon jetta, knowing that he will do good work. Beca beyond. Nick is honest, with Empathy and understanding. Nick puts me at ease with my 2020 volkswagon jetta, knowing that he will do good work. Because of Nick Weiner working in service, I am not afraid to have work done on my car, or that I will be taken advantage of. However, Smithtown Volkswagon really needs to stop charging a fee for using a credit card? WHY? The service and parts are already very expensive, WHY DOES THE OWNER NEED TO CHARGE A FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD?? THIS IS NOT Right and Just, and This fee for using a credit card, needs to be arrested, apphrended, put an End to this Unfair FEE. However this has nothing to do with Nick Weiner who is outstanding with Kindness and Empathy. Nick deserves a special Bonus, from Bob Ribildo, who takes his bonuses. More

I have to be honest the situation with my car was very frustrating. My car was only a month old and it spent weeks in the shop for an issue with the onboard wifi, remote start and the car net application. frustrating. My car was only a month old and it spent weeks in the shop for an issue with the onboard wifi, remote start and the car net application. The dealer did everything on the hardware side of things and were left powerless and at the mercy of VW of America and their IT department. I have to be honest Nick in service understood my frustrations and provided me with an adequate loaner car. Nick was excellent, empathetic and compassionate and listened to my weekly whining. Finally, I get a call from Nick and we tested this cars functioning and I picked it up. I get home and test it and it did not work. I called Nick and we decided to see what happens over the next few days. Poof after three days, out of nowhere the app sent me a notification. I called Nick and told him the good news. All in all, Nick made the best of a crappy, out of the ordinary situation. Great Service, great advisor. More
