Nico Ko helped me find the perfect car for my wife. He knew the inventory and helped me to find the most beautiful and loaded Cross Trek on the lot. Then the last storm hit. We went to a couple dealerships before this and even bought a car at carmax. With all bad service. Came to Subaru and was immediately greeted by sales reps who walked through the options with us and I e bought a car at carmax. With all bad service. Came to Subaru and was immediately greeted by sales reps who walked through the options with us and I ended up ordered a 2023 Impreza with Alex. He kept tabs on me letting me know of any Impreza’s that were becoming available and got me a car 2 weeks earlier than the expected arrival! 10/10 service, and definitely will be a return member of this Subaru dealership.
