I had pre-selected the car, I didn't have to be sold. There was no offer/counter-offer, I paid full price, there was no "dealing". There was no financing, I paid cash. I was at the dealership at 9:00 There was no offer/counter-offer, I paid full price, there was no "dealing". There was no financing, I paid cash. I was at the dealership at 9:00 and finally left at 12:45 because the deal still wasn't done. I left without the car. I did not take possession of the car until the following Tuesday. Dashboard detailing was still not completed. Dashboard detailing was finally addressed, I then took possession of a "Certified" BMW 750i that I had to return 2 hours later with brake issues. Front rotors and pads had to be replaced. Took 2 days to get the car fixed and back to me. The salesman Chad was great but the deal took far too long. Should have been easy and simple. Since it was a "certified" used car the detailing should have been complete and the brakes should have been fully addressed before the car was released for sale. More
