Our Sales person Eric Van Grow was excellent. He followed up with us and was very polite and understood our needs and wants. He also understood us knowing that we (my wife and I) do not like to b He followed up with us and was very polite and understood our needs and wants. She spent about 30 minutes with us and was extremely helpful as this was our first BMW purchase. We did however feel a little pressured by Eric's supervisor who tried to get us to buy the car on the last day of the month even though we had issues getting insurance quotes from our insurance agent because their system was down due to a blackout somewhere in Sarasota a couple of days earlier. My wife and I totally understand month end numbers as we have spent a combined 85 years in the business world but we are also very detailed and want to know all the facts (costs) before pulling the trigger.
