Excellent knowledge Nicole had a great understanding of the 2020 Equinox that I was buying. Walked me through the hole process. Had question and she had the answer. Mark did a great job of founding me the suv that I wanted. Even in the rain. Test drive was very good. Showed me all the features and how they work. Very easy to work with. The hard part for me is always the money. Justin worked with me and in know time I was out the door. I am very happy with my new Equinox.
