We were given a confirmed quote for a Honda Pilot through text message. The message the monthly payment amount for the vehicle but the vehicle was being built and we would need to wait until July. When we didn’t receive a call we drove to the dealership. The manager refused to honor the quote which was in writing stating “ things are a mess right now” I consider this to be completely fraudulent. This is my wife an I’s 4th Honda and with any luck our last. I have a car make/model/color I don’t want. Furthermore the manager asked to speak with me before I left. He was condescending and was not genuine. I expressed the car I was leasing was not the car I wanted and he kept repeating how his wife had the car and she loves it. I was a Honda fan, now not a fan at all. Miguel was fantastic, but this situation demonstrated that the Manager does not care about customer satisfaction. I understand this complaint will not amount to much and losing a customer every 3 years is no big loss to you, but I feel you should be aware. I look forward to returning my vehicles in 2.5 years! More

She utilized her time and mine efficiently, and made it take little to no time at all to complete. Being nervous while making a HUGE financial decision, she was able to make me feel calm and confident in my choices. Perfect person to partner with during this process. Sean Lumibao was by far the greatest finance person to partner with during this process. He was easy going, friendly, knowledgable and able to help me understand why I was paying the price I was, while also making sure I was getting the greatest deal. Every other time I’ve purchased a car, it’s taken hours and hours, not to mention that the transactions always felt like the dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. But that all changed with my recent purchase! Nicole was always very helpful and honest. She communicated transparently and authentically. She was incredibly organized and helpful, but most importantly, she listened to my needs and concerns, and that made all the difference. I was in and out in under 90 minutes (I traded in my old car for a new one) and everyone was super friendly. Nicole and Sean (the finance representative) worked hard to make sure my experience was pleasant and with as little stress as possible. They were wonderful! With the absolutely astounding and Herculean efforts of Denise, Sean, and Nicole, I am now the proud and ecstatic owner of a beautiful royal blue Honda CRV. Again, this car is just such a God send for me as a single mother who works full time. I’m able to carry everything my little family needs without having to drive a bulky van.
