great first service I've had my 2010 Versa since it was new, but I live in another state, so all my service was done at home. I finally took it in for an oil change (had I've had my 2010 Versa since it was new, but I live in another state, so all my service was done at home. I finally took it in for an oil change (had 1/2 off coupon) and my car is happier for it. Nik Novotny was my guy, and he was wonderful. I'll be back. More

Excellent service When I got there everyone was super friendly and helpful. I got in and out, I went there for an oil change a few times and so far I have not had any When I got there everyone was super friendly and helpful. Oil change.. Tire rotation... Filters. I've been up Luther Kia a few times and they have always very courteous. Today I met Nic Novotny. He is by far the best person I have dealt with. The most amazing team I have ever dealt with!! I had just had a few traumatic experiences at different dealerships. One of them being a Kia Dealership. One a toyota dealership and one being a hyun I had just had a few traumatic experiences at different dealerships. One of them being a Kia Dealership. One a toyota dealership and one being a hyundai. I was looking for the "perfect" car for me. I just needed auto tranny, cruise control and a cd player. I wanted to know what was out there. Show me everything and then we will talk. I wasnt looking at buying at that moment. The other dealerships pretty much brought me to their base model small car, because that is what they saw me drive in with. And then said, sorry, there isnt anything else I can show you if you arent gonna buy today. So I went to Luther Kia. I knew they had the Optima in Sangria that I really loved. Phil didnt see me drive up. He had no idea what I was driving. But he actually listed to me. He showed me the Cadenza first. All options all the time! Then he showed me the Optima. Showed me many different colors and options. I asked the difference between the two Price (------------------------) this big, otions (--) this big. Ok. Im loving the honesty. Then he shows me the Optima LX fully loaded. The only problem... no CD player. I almost walked away. But the car kept calling me... So I said Im gonna regret this and I sat down. I didnt want to leave. then I drove it. I only went 5 miles, but I was head over heals in love. Not wanting to choose the wrong car, I told Phil I want to drive other models. He said you wont like them. But he brought them to me. And no, I didnt like them. If I had driven them first I would have loved them. I wanted that Optima so much, I set the drivers seat to my prefered setting.... I told Phil, I wasnt buying today. Im looking... He so pressured me by showing me the car of my dreams and not saying ANYTHING!!! I was enphatic saying IM NOT BUYING right now. I want the car of my DREAMS!!! Yea, then I said. I love this car, can I put a hold on it?? ( I still hadnt told Phil I was driving a 2010 Chev Aveo.) I told the sales manager that it would only be for a couple days while I decided how I was going to pay for it and if I wanted to trade in my current car. I went back the next day and bought the Optima. I thank you so much Phil!!! Jeff Kessler took over when Phil wasnt there the next day and he was MORE than amazing!!! Jamie Groth is my new BFF!! Im driving the car of my dreams and Im falling more madly inlove every mile! 3800 miles and first oil change today! Service nothing less than spectactular! My only complaint is that after Saying hi to Phil today and making small talk with him while I was getting the first oil change done, As soon as Phil walked away, some bushy guy kind of murmered, can I help you. Not really even looking at me. I said What?? He said can I help you?? I said no,. Im getting an oil change on the car that Phil talked me into (while not saying a thing) Car of my dreams!! This guy is the only unpersonable person I have seen at Luther Kia More

Excellent Communication Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an issue with the main air flow intake. During the overall vehicle inspection done by the technician he fo Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an issue with the main air flow intake. During the overall vehicle inspection done by the technician he found an issue with the manifold pipe. Technician (Mark) came and spoke with me personally and actually showed me what the problem was. He found the needed part and advised on the least expensive way to have it fixed. I then needed a ride to my house while the vehicle was being worked on. They had a driver take me to my residence. They also had the vehicle work done sooner that anticipated. NICE JOB! More
