I walked into Suburban Mazda in Farmington Hills on 08/06/2026. I was immediately greeted warmly by Manager Blake, who then introduced me to Nik! Nik ended up being the right salesman for me during my new car hunt! He listened to what I needed, what I wanted, my desirables, my non-negotiables! I arrived wanting a CX-50 because of the hybrid standard, and if I didn’t get that then potentially a CX-30. I initially wanted a Toyota RAV4, but I wanted the luxury design and features of Mazda’s creations, plus top tier safety. After researching cars for 2 months, I needed to replace my Kia Optima S with the typically engine oil consumption affecting my new spark plugs, that I literally just paid off in February with less than 110,000 miles on it!😡 I now have Kia PTSD (no shade, cause I heard they’re better now), but anyways, Nik felt like family, like my favorite big cousin or brother who is aligned with me and knows me like the back of his hand. Also, Manager Scotte was rooting for me because he seen and knew how bad my Kia had gotten, even with me taking good care of it. Whether I got a Mazda or not, he knew I needed to get rid of my Kia immediately. I appreciate his concern for me because the Kia dealerships wanted me to drive an unpredictable vehicle until it exploded on me, just to maybe replace my engine. Thankfully, I had a close friend lend me their spare car until I got my car situation situated. Nik ended up mentioning the CX-5 instead, which for some reason I never considered, but Premium Trim, Black on Black onnnn Black lol. We test drove it, and immediately I was obsessed and loved it, but I wanted to be sure that I didn’t favor the 50 too. I sat in the entry level 50, and immediately regretted it (again, no shade, the Prem5 is just so dope)! Nik introduced me to Jose, the financial manager, who contributed to the dream, the goal, the reward. He also updated me smoothly in the finishing process and was very personable. 2 days later, she officially became mine and I’m so grateful and honored to have a quick, thoughtful, and straightforward new car buying experience with the Suburban Mazda FH Organization. We have been customers of Suburban Mazda for approximately 15 years and have leased and purchased several cars from them. We have always had very positive experiences with the process. From the professionalism of the salespeople and managers, to their willingness to work with us to achieve a deal that works with our budget, we have always left there with a vehicle (or two!). Our most recent visit this week was definitely the best. Blake recognized me as a frequent customer and immediately took us to Nik. Nik was friendly, knowledgeable and worked to get us a deal we couldn't refuse. I am so happy with my new CX50. We will remain loyal customers of Suburban Mazda. More
