Went in for an oil change and no matter what each time the work recommended is 700 or more. The service took longer than a day and received a loaner car. Had to wait a long time for my service rep to give me the car while other service reps were at their desks doing nothing and the sales department was playing ping pong. Was told there was a service fee if I used my credit card so had to bring a check. Was told the car was washed and where it was. The car was not washed!!!!!! I have had many years with my Civic. The car itself is excellent but the service department is the only reason I would look at other cars when I am ready to purchase. More
