He told us about the dealership since we had never been there. He made us feel at ease test driving the SUV we wanted to see. We got there in the afternoon and we were still there at closing, but, he stayed and was there when we left for home. Great customer service. More

Had the low mileage vehicle we were looking for. We scoured the Midwest for a low mileage Lincoln Navigator with the right options and color. Zeck Ford had what we wanted in stock. We drove 500 miles to pick-up the vehicle and trade ours in. There was some confusion at first regarding our trade and a few issues with the new vehicle, but David quickly worked with the dealership management to take care of our concerns. We are very happy with the purchase, and we appreciate the support David provided. Nino was great when going through the financing options. It was a long drive, but worth it. More

Walked in on a Monday when they opened. Rick greeted us and from there we test drove 3 cars that we were interested in.
