My transaction went as smoothly as possible for a pre owned vehicle purchase. I traded in my Mazda 6 for a more High Riding vehicle. So far I'm really loving the 2017 like new Acadia. This is the Denali owned vehicle purchase. I traded in my Mazda 6 for a more High Riding vehicle. So far I'm really loving the 2017 like new Acadia. This is the Denali trim level so it's a very premium SUV. It's a bit larger than any Mazda. My 6 was a fun car to drive but it was just low. My needs changed. More

I purchased the MX-5 on Friday, 9-18-2020 and signed the paperwork electronically on a fancy gizmo that sat on the finance manager's (Louis Safdie) desk. At the end, instead of paper copies, the Louis hand paperwork electronically on a fancy gizmo that sat on the finance manager's (Louis Safdie) desk. At the end, instead of paper copies, the Louis handed me a thumb drive with all my documents. On Saturday, 9-19-2020, I loaded the thumb drive into my computer and immediately noticed an error on my sales contract. I send the Louis an email on that date alerting him to the error. I also sent written correspondence via US Mail as to the error. About a week passed with no response. In the meantime, I received a notice from Mazda Financial that my account was ready for online viewing. I logged in, and noticed that not only had the previously reported error had not been corrected, but in addition the first payment was deferred only 60 days instead of 90 days. I followed up with a phone call and correspondence by US Mail. (Actually, I followed up multiple times, including weekly calls to Mazda Financial Services.) It turns out that the Louis Safdie altered amount financed as well as the the date of my first payment to be 11-17-2020, and transmitted the altered contract to Mazda. Mazda sent me a copy that bore a signature that looked nothing like mine. I have sent Mazda the correct contract, (again with copies to Mazda Roswell.) As of today, 11-10-2020, Mazda Financial stated they can do nothing until Mazda Roswell transmits the correct contract. The supervisor at Mazda Financial stated that their internal notes indicate they have had numerous phone calls with the Mazda Roswell Finance Manager Louis Safdie, but have received no paperwork despite assurances from him it was forthcoming. According to the Mazda Financial Supervisor, the most recent contact had been eight days ago when they were again promised the corrected paperwork and have not been able to reach the finance manager since then. After this call, I called the dealership again and spoke to Paula Thompson who said that Louis had been out of town for two days, and that Aaron Gillison, the Internet and Finance Director was unwilling to do anything about the issue. Inasmuch as Mazda Roswell caused this entire mess, I find their total disregard for taking any action to correct the matter completely unacceptable. More

I bought my first car from Mazda of Roswell 16 years ago, went back yesterday for my second, and will definitely visit them again next time I'm looking for a new car. More

After having a bad experience at a different Mazda dealership, I went to Mazda of Roswell. J was very helpful with assisting me in getting the CX-5 that I wanted! I would definitely recommend going to dealership, I went to Mazda of Roswell. J was very helpful with assisting me in getting the CX-5 that I wanted! I would definitely recommend going to this Mazda dealership over other Mazda dealerships in the greater Atlanta area. More
