We texted Chris Balfe over the New Year holiday to let him know we were interested in looking at a specific car on the lot and would be in on Monday to look at it. He immediately responded by saying he would see us on Monday! When we arrived the car was sitting out front running and warm, ready for us to look at it and take it for a test drive. It’s exactly what we’ve been looking for! He met with us to discuss our trade in and gave us what we were expecting. While we both had to get back to work, Chris and Noah got the paperwork ready so when we came back that evening it was ready to go.
