They were willing to match the price of a different dealership. They went above and beyond working with us. By far way better than bergstom and kolosso in Appleton and Neenah. Upon leaving with it the car started shaking, engine light came on, and had to bring the car back to the dealership. (1hour from signing of papers to this happening) the dealership was great in the sense they said they fixed the problem. But not even a week after picking it up the problem started again. They charge a pretty astronomical service fee on all their cars so one would assume if you are paying this that the car would be inspected pretty darn well. Im beginning to think thats not the case and they just like to charge their customers this crazy fee. Needless to say two weeks after purchasing the car, with one week of it being at the dealership for repair, the problem still exists and i have a car that will barely run. What a great feeling. Side note: only 5 months after purchasing the vehicle the transmission was shot from the shaking they said they couldn't feel but was there the whole time! More
