Salesman was frustrating and poorly handled from start to finish. The kind and patient act he puts on is just a facade. Throughout the process, I was quoted one monthly price, only to have the numbers change multiple times and then be disappointing and unprofessional. Throughout the process, I was quoted one monthly price, only to have the numbers change multiple times and then be told something completely different once I got to the finance department-due to misinformation he provided. This made the entire experience stressful and misleading. Communication was poor, questions were brushed off, and I felt pressured rather than guided. Buying a car is a major financial commitment, and this lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with him. More
