I wanted to start out with saying this is one of the worst service providers ever. I had a new engine installed 2.25 years ago, then something happened to the engine I brought it back to them thinking i worst service providers ever. I had a new engine installed 2.25 years ago, then something happened to the engine I brought it back to them thinking it was covered. The engine is supposed to be covered by Fords 36 month warranty. I was informed that I had to pay $3900.00 to tear down the engine (plus the same amount to put it back together). After bringing it back several times plus having their shop foreman hear the issues they still refused to cover the cost for the warranty. Then I had their mech (Joe) listen to it saying yes I hear it plus the service manager. Then when I called to complain the general manager had the service advisor (Ben)-mech (Joe) & service manager all had sudden amnesia. I thought that paying almost double the price ($13,000.00) would be a better warranty. "They are nothing better than a scam". I now have it at another Ford dealership. Be very careful ask many more question even on the new vehicles. "Get it in writing" December 16 2025 response This is a great response, but clearly the other dealership has heard the same sound then acted quickly to get this fixed or replaced. The mech their heard the same sound your Mech Joe & service manager heard. Why throw me under the bus. The GM was also so disrespectful. The employees were so dishonest! I've had this there several times & then not take ownership of the clear warranty. To update this review: (10-23-2025) I found the dealership in Ankeny Dewey Ford there shop foreman heard the issues. Derrick took control gave me no problem new exactly what to expect didn't give me any xx about it. They told me that it was under warranty found the one of the cylinders was bad with a bad lifter. Dewey (Derrick) reported to Ford they replaced the engine at no cost to me. Charles Gabus you sell noting but false promises plus complete lies. Charles Gabus is nothing but a snakes oil sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!. More

Worst company ever. I did request a loaner like my paper work shows but you never sent one. $600 you need to take off my bill as I'm getting threats to be sued. With the proof you stole my SS 1SS Camaro and I have 2 sets of paperwork from you and so does DMV. You sent paperwork to them a year apart listing 2 similar cars with the same VIN #!!! The VIN # is on each engine. No 2 cars have the same VIN#. That's life in Prison. DMV told me that and told me to call the police. GM is trucks. Camaro is not a GM product. The company's own part in each. That's it. There is no GM Camaro truck! Your cameras will show who took my car. I paid $35,000+ and I have proof. You can't get your stories straight. More
