Think before you buy here! When they have sold you a car they won't provide you help after they have delivered the car. We bought a Honda certified used car. We looked at the car before it has been detailed and had gone through the shop. They said that anything that's not up to par would be repaired or replace when it's a Honda certified car, as well as before it gets delivered it will get detailed and polished. A $600 detail job. Which is charged to you at the end $695 dealership prep fee On the drive home the visor on the drivers side was falling down. Which is a very easy fix. We called them when we got home to let them know this. All I asked for is for them to supply a replacement part. I can install it. They declined helping. The car wasn't detailed very well. The paint wasnt polished! It feels gritty like theres sand in it. First time it rained the grit on the window was so bad that the wipers make a horrible noise. The lady in the business office was rude and disrespectful to my 83 year old mother who's was the one who was buying the car. Be very aware this dealership won't help you after they have made the sale . I'm sure they are going to add a reply to this saying , something about please contact us , we will be willing to help ...etc. But I have tried to get help already and got nothing More

My son and I bought a preowned car for my son last week. We could not be happier . Noel, the salesman was extremely helpful. We never felt pressured and he made us feel at ease. NS Honda even allowed us to have the car checked out at my mechsnics shop about 2 miles away. The car checked out perfectly. Closing on the purchase was a breeze and there were no hidden costs. The price we discussed was the price we paid. I have been to other dealerships where they quote you a price and when you sit down to finalize, you find out there are thousands of dollars in hidden costs that they omitted when discussing price. You will not have that experience with NS Honda. Wonderful and stress free purchase. More

Staff at the service front desk was very impolite. I went there for an oil change and I asked if they can check the tire air pressure because a warning. Tire valves had an aluminum cap. The gentleman I went there for an oil change and I asked if they can check the tire air pressure because a warning. Tire valves had an aluminum cap. The gentleman from front desk service told me that caps can not be removed and he left. I went to the tire center beside the dealer and they change the valves in few minutes. Service dept at the dealer could not do a very simple job. In addition, i bought the car at the dealer and they told me to have a ride or they will lend me a car when I drop my car for service. I did not have a ride to my work and no car. More
