I spoke with Mr. Corey internet Director several times over a four week period regarding a 2020 Honda Civic Coupe. Corey kept in touch and was very nice through out this whole experience. Finally today Wednesday May 4th I went to North Shore Honda to look at this vehicle. I met Corey who introduced me to a Outstanding Sales Rep. Noel Ledesma. Noel showed me the vehicle and we took it for a ride. All good. The vehicle was 21999.00 on CARS.COM. I also had a trade in of a 2009 Civic. Here is when the problems begin. I am writing this review because I want people to know what is going on here. First, 21999.00 does not mean 21,999.00. If you dont finance add 1995.00. Also 795.00 DOC FEE. Before we even started the car went from 21999.00 to almost 25,000.00. Noel had my car appraised of course my car they want to give less then book value but there car they want LIST AND ABOVE. I liked the vehicle and the following is my deal. I will give you your price of 21,999.00 that you have listed and if you can 500.00 more for my car. In addition, i would pay the difference today and go home with the 2020 Civic. Unfortunately this did not happen. These kind of dealerships are the ones still playing games with people. They put a price to get you in and bait and switch prices. Its a shame. I would like to thank Corey and Noel for there help. But I had to drive 35-40 minutes there and back. I dont like this kind of treatment. The General Sales manager didn't even come over to thank me for coming in. I can only say be careful here and get some real prices before going. More

He immediately took the car in to the shop and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Great experience. BTW I drove 85 miles from NJ to this location for the great deal. More

This is the second time we've dealt with Noel and Rich at North Shore Honda. Because our 1st experience was so good, there was no question we would go back a second time. Noel is a great salesman, but he i North Shore Honda. Because our 1st experience was so good, there was no question we would go back a second time. Noel is a great salesman, but he is an amazing person! He went over and above to be sure we got the car we wanted. Rich in Finance made it affordable. They genuinely care about their customers, and they truly make you feel like family! There's no doubt I will be back a North Shore Honda the next time I need a car. North Shore Honda should be happy to have these 2 amazing men representing them. More

I have been a customer of this Honda dealership for the last six years. As a very busy Surgeon I seldom have the time to write a review though this is warranted to say the least. I have purchased 5 Honda’s for my staff and dealt with Richard Cirami who is one of the nicest and professional men I have ever done business with. He is the Finance Director for the store and has a friendship with each Bank that is incredible. You see each of my gals had credit issues. As Richard said here is the plan. Will start with Certified Honda’s and I will help each one of your gals straighten out their credit and in a year from now they will be able to refinance or buy a new car for less than they are paying now. So here we are some 12 months later on three cars and 18 months later on the other two cars. I called him on Monday and said what can we do. On Tuesday he refinanced three cars saved an average of $63.00 dollars per month and on the other two cars they traded them in and leased two new cars. What can I say he is the Carman of New York for a reason and my lease is due soon and he is setting up a Pilot for me for the first week of June. Excellent service is something that is lacking in most businesses today, this man his team are beyond that word. Snake like tactics take place with financing here. Agreed upon price during sale was not what the paperwork showed, they basically tried to add expenses to the bill of sale while reducing the down payment in upon price during sale was not what the paperwork showed, they basically tried to add expenses to the bill of sale while reducing the down payment in order to make the financing price higher. They also would not allow me to put down 50% of the purchase price. I had to return at a later date and fight for what I was overcharged for, about $550. They also require that you purchase GAP insurance which is xx. I was told that once the loan is paid off, the amount of GAP insurance that you did not use will be refunded to you (it is prorated over the course of the loan, by month). I refinanced my vehicle 2 months after purchase due to the horrible interest rate I was given at North Shore Honda as they require you to finance with them. I have since tried to contact my sales person, Rich the finance manager and the sales manager Jason Godsmark with 0 response. They have completely ignored my request for refund based on what was agreed upon during the sale. I purchased a used vehicle and less than 3 months after purchase I had to have two large repairs, one of which was covered by the warranty but another which was not, resulting in a $1000 bill. Do you research before purchasing a vehicle here and make sure you look over every amount and item in the bill of sale as you will have very little luck reaching anyone after the sale. More

Bought used car in August of ‘20. Got the warranty because Rich Cirami said we wouldn’t have to pay for anything for 5 years which includes oil changes. Go to make appointment for oil change and find because Rich Cirami said we wouldn’t have to pay for anything for 5 years which includes oil changes. Go to make appointment for oil change and find out there are no notes in system about the warranty. Call warranty customer care and they say you get two free oil changes up to 36,000 miles on car. What a waste. Tried calling Rich Cirami and left message. Still never called back. More
