My husband was out of town and sent me with the task of looking at 5 cars he had found on the internet. Krystal was helpful and eager to assit in finding each one to test drive, even one in th basement. We looked at all of them except one that was sold prior to my visit. Krystal has a calm, professional, non-pushy demeanor which I value in any sales person in any capacity. This showed me she respected her job and takes seriously the standards BMW holds with their clients. It was a pleasure to work with Krystal, and I feel a female salesperson made me that much more comfortable. My husband has been buying BMW's from this location for years and recommeneded this dealership tp his father who also comes to this location to buy his 5 series even though he lives near Doylestown BMW. I was working with a few local dealerships when I contacted Flemington BMW via email asking about a vehicle they had in stock. I immediately received a call back from Noha, their internet sales person. She was very professional, courteous, and did whatever it took to make this deal happen. Noha was extremely patient in explaining various details during our conversations. When push came to shove Flemington was less expensive on the transaction but I told Noha I was hesitant to drive all the way to Flemington NJ and back, her response.... No problem, we will bring the car to you. The car was delivered the next morning by Noha & Bill. There were no surprises or hidden costs, everything was exactly as they stated in our conversations. They took their time explaining the features of the car and in less than an hour they were on they way back to Flemington and I was driving my new BMW X3 for $30 less a month.
