I have owned several Jaguar’s in my life and this is by far the best experience I have had. Karen was responsive, thorough, informative, and patient. She needed to be patient in that we had a lot of questions about the car and was tempted to purchase another car from another dealer. She handled all of that calmly and professionally - and worked with us until we reached an agreement that we are very pleased with. We also are very pleased that she was willing to come in to meet with us on her day off. Further, each other person we worked with was incredibly professional, highly accommodating, and excellent at their jobs. This included Nolan Olson, Michael Krail, and Rich Martine. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we received excellent value for our money. My wife and I highly recommend working with Jaguar Land Rover Princeton. More

We also worked with Nolan Olson on all of the car’s tech features - he went over all of the features in the car, responded to all of our questions, connected my phone to the car’s system, made sure we were comfortable with everything and addressed all off our questions before driving the car off the lot. Both Alex and Nolan were great to work with and would certainly recommend both of them to others. We drove down from Syracuse, NY to pick up this car and we would certainly considering buying from this dealer in the future - well worth the four hour drive (one way). More
