Dishonest service—they will overcharge you into the thousands of dollars for service and parts that aren’t needed. Workmanship is very poor and staff is incompetent. Work is never completed on time and is terribly shabby. What was supposed to be fixed isn’t fixed, and they don’t conduct quality control and check their work. For example, my interior headliner had to be removed to do service involving the sunroof, but the headliner wasn’t reattached properly and was covered with dirty fingerprints. Stay away from this place! More
