Wonderful experience at Curtiss Ryan. Our experience has been so comfortable and easy . Our salesman, Joe Riggsbee was not pushy or overpowering. I always hated car shopping and told him that when we first walked in the showroom. But, I soon forgot my apprehension as he made us feel like old friends. Non pushy salesman. Manager, Norm was especially up front Glenn was fabulous. He made everything happen smoothly and was patient and helpful. Norm was up front and very friendly. I was told inside of 1.5 Touring Accord was IDENTICAL to 2.0 Touring Accord. This was Not the case. The 2.0 had the Push Button Gear selector and the 1.5 had the Normal Stick Gear selector. This would probably not made a difference in my selection but it was a little shocking on the way to sign deal and pick up car I was describing car to my brother and I mentioned the info I was given by Glenn and Norm regarding the button gear selector and when I get in Car with brother it has a Stick Gear selector. I was a little perturbed. But, overall it was an easy experience. More
