I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from a good friend who purchased it new from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in fall of 2011. I continued taking it to Earnhardt's because they take care of it the w who purchased it new from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in fall of 2011. I continued taking it to Earnhardt's because they take care of it the way it should be cared for. They are great to work with, are very responsive to any concerns I have regarding my car. Mike Southern was my initial contact but I have worked with other service representatives over past several years and all have been keenly aware of service and work that has been done and what most probable future needs might be. My Service Advisor on my last visit was Justin Shecton and he was right on top of his game and good to work with. I appreciate Earnhardt's because as a Phoenix resident since age 2, I appreciate having "Small town care" and the peace of mind that comes in working with people you trust. More

Hyundai issued an update to my 2017 Sonata's media system that crashed it. The service people were able to wipe the software, and reinstall it. Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Scheduling is a little disappointing since it takes several months to get an open appointment for r to have regular scheduled maintenance performed.
