I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from a good friend who purchased it new from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in fall of 2011. I continued taking it to Earnhardt's because they take care of it the w who purchased it new from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in fall of 2011. I continued taking it to Earnhardt's because they take care of it the way it should be cared for. They are great to work with, are very responsive to any concerns I have regarding my car. Mike Southern was my initial contact but I have worked with other service representatives over past several years and all have been keenly aware of service and work that has been done and what most probable future needs might be. My Service Advisor on my last visit was Justin Shecton and he was right on top of his game and good to work with. I appreciate Earnhardt's because as a Phoenix resident since age 2, I appreciate having "Small town care" and the peace of mind that comes in working with people you trust. More

Hyundai issued an update to my 2017 Sonata's media system that crashed it. The service people were able to wipe the software, and reinstall it. Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Scheduling is a little disappointing since it takes several months to get an open appointment for r to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. I’ve been in for maintenance about 6 times. Last couple of times with Norm who is a straight shooter. Previously, at 15,000 miles another rep said I needed a slew of work, I said no thanks. That work wasn’t mentioned at 20,000 or 25k - a bit suspicious. Anyway, I’m happy now. One complaint however, every oil change they put a little air in the tires (thanks!). But more times than not they leave off a valve stem cap. Where do they go? Like socks in the dryer? More

I’m not sure how this dealership has good reviews. I’ve been going here for 4 years on and off with 2 cars. Some average experiences, most unacceptable. They are difficult to reach by phone. They did a poor job diagnosing a clicking sound. One time their major service estimate was way off, and I didn’t find out until after the work was done. One time on a leased car that needed a new pump- well it took them 2 weeks! The worst thing was they denied to give us a rental until we got our contract and told them it is required. Ricardo is the worst person we have had, then Norm, then Kelly. They routinely keep cars overnight for things that are easily done same day-for instance, to check a sensor I made an early AM appt and they said it may take 2 days. At this point we are going to drive farther to have good, courteous service. So happy to be done with Earnhardt. More
