I called and asked how much was the transmission fluid change was. I was quoted $119.95 plus tax. When I checked out to pay, there was an extra charge for Misc. Charges. It was $5.70 more. I asked what it change was. I was quoted $119.95 plus tax. When I checked out to pay, there was an extra charge for Misc. Charges. It was $5.70 more. I asked what it was for, as I was quoted differently. She said "for use of computers, paper and such" I was shocked !! I AM NOT paying for ANYONE'S computers, and paper. SUCH xxxxxxxx.....!!!!!!! More
