I know their goal as a dealership is to make sales, but that wasn't their #1 goal the day I went in to purchase a car. They wanted to make sure my payments would be comfortable for me, and they did their very best to get me in the car that I've wanted for months now. My overall experience with Jerry Ward Autoplex was phenomenal beyond belief, but the guy that truly helped in the end, along with Jerry Ward, was Norman Lee. If you are looking to buy a car, then Norman is the man I would buy from. He went above and beyond any normal car salesman I've run into over this past year. More

They went above and beyond for us. Our truck was totaled at no fault of our own. We walked in to Jerry Ward Autoplex, explaining what had happened and we had to deal with the insurance. We told them we wanted another truck along with other things. It took us several weeks dealing with the insurance and working with four great men (Jerry, Norman, Mike, and Tim). These men went above and beyond what others would have done. They listened to us and found exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them for all your needs. More

My car was totaled and I needed transportation, They have a large selection of low mileage per owned cars and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Our salesman Norman Lee was great he was a no pressure guy and super helpful and knowledgeable. Best car buying experience ever. Took no time at all and Tim Long hooked me right up with financing. Our sales rep, Norman Lee, was great to work with, was fair and honest and truly made me feel like he had our best interest as his priority.
