Current Honda lease customer, called inquiring about a certain model & trim as my lease was expiring and was looking for a new lease. Called ahead to inquire which trims were available. I was told the tri certain model & trim as my lease was expiring and was looking for a new lease. Called ahead to inquire which trims were available. I was told the trim I was looking for was not available, but that some were incoming and that there was another trim level that they would make available for a test drive if I set up an appointment. Upon arrival I was was told that the only model in the entire dealership was in the showroom and unable to be test driven. Norm then gave me a quote on a higher trim level than I wanted that was significantly over budget and made no effort to offer a solution. Said I couldn’t get the trim level I wanted and wouldn’t get me an estimate on price or when one would be available. Called other dealers that had that trim in stock with more on the way. Needless do say I will never go to this dealership again. More

We went into Herb Chambers Honda and within a minute were introduced to Norman who would be our salesman. He was immediately friendly and professional and inquired what we were interested in.
