I have bought 2 cars here. Both times there was a bait and switch process. I was promised a vehicle and signed a contract but then told they couldn’t honor that contract. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I feel completely scammed. I would not recommend anyone shop here. I really like my Hyundai cars but if I buy another Hyundai I will absolutely drive farther to get one from a different dealer. My sales person told me that they were taking a loss on the vehicle but the finance manager told me that they would get my plates. They only don’t do that if the margin on the vehicle was too low. Meaning they weren’t loosing money on this deal. So either I was lied to or my sales person was. Either way my sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me several facts that I found out on my own later were not true. In any case this dealership gets 0 stars and I will do my best to make sure anyone I know will avoid this business. Lastly. My vehicle was sold to me with a different interior color on the rear driver side door panel from the rest of the car. I didn’t notice because it wasn’t the car I test drove and agreed to buy. More
