My family and I had a great experience. We did lots of research prior (1 1/2 years) and knew the exact car we wanted. When our ideal vehicle popped up for sale at Halleen Kia in North Olmst We did lots of research prior (1 1/2 years) and knew the exact car we wanted. When our ideal vehicle popped up for sale at Halleen Kia in North Olmsted I emailed them on Sunday evening to check for availability. I got a prompt email reply Monday morning followed by a phone call. Phyllis spoke to me via email and phone and was very helpful and kind. Once we arrived at the dealership Natalyya was a sales person. She was spectacular! I told her what I wanted and she delivered exactly that. I do not like like pushy people who no tell the consumer what they want and she never made me feel that way. We had our 4 year old and 7 month old with us and we needed to try out fitting car seats and strollers in the vehicles and they were very accommodating. Natalyya was great with my children and made sure we were all comfortable for the two 2 hour visits we were there while picking out and purchasing our vehicle. My only complaint is our forced meeting with the finance guy about purchasing additional warranties. I appreciate when information is provided but when a customer says no– they mean it– so please don’t beg and try to convince them otherwise. This is my least favorite type of interaction at a dealership. Do NOT tell a consumer what they want, they will tell you what they want and need! Overall, we are satisfied! More

I had a service appointment on Saturday that was to take about 2 hours. Check in was quick and easy. They offered to shuttle me anywhere if I wanted. I chose to wait and look at new cars. 😀 They completed about 2 hours. Check in was quick and easy. They offered to shuttle me anywhere if I wanted.
