Our lease for our 2017 Civic wasn't up until February , 2020, but I was contacted several times by Victoria to come in and discuss our various options Our lease for our 2017 Civic wasn't up until February , 2020, but I was contacted several times by Victoria to come in and discuss our various options for when that time came due. This was our first leased vehicle so we were curious about those options. We set a date to come in for October 11th. Victoria informed us that we would be meeting with Sabrina on that date. Victoria contacted us again a day or so prior to that date, and we confirmed our appointment. We arrived on the scheduled day and were informed that neither Sabrina or Victoria were at work that day. We were about to leave when we were approached by Peter Lopez. We explained what had occurred and he said that he would be happy to help discuss all of our options. He was so helpful that we turned in our 2017 Civic that day, and leased a 2019 Civic Sport, and my wife loves it. We will continue to do business with your dealership. More
