Ricardo greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. Our intention was to test drive a specific car we had our eye on. Ricardo's professionalism was the reason we left with a brand new car that same day. He wasnt only patient with us but also with our 1yr old daughter who was fussy and pulling on his keyboard. My husband and i did not feel pressure at all and he even wash our car himself as they had no porters available. Also, Omar was great and patient having our daughter there for 4 hours was now crying. I was rear ended in the freeway on a Tuesday, on Friday my insurance company called me to inform me that my car was a total loss and that I had to return the rental they provided by the following Wednesday. On Saturday my compadre and I went to the Nissan dealer and there was no professionalism on their part, they weren’t even willing to negotiate a price on a 2019 Altima. We left Nissan and headed down the street to the Honda dealer. We didn’t even walk inside of the building and Mr. Daniel Kim approached us and was willing to assist us with our needs. We test drove a 2019 Honda Accord Sport and 2 hours later I was driving my new car home. AWSOME SERVICE! I will definitely recommend Honda to everyone out there looking for a great car by great helpers. More
