The service department at RC Hill are very personable, and helpful. They never push you to do more or pay more than you should. They refuse to stand behind the vehicles they sell! They sold a used vehicle with a known problem and refuse to answer to the BBB properly, instead they said we didn't understand the vehicles features! They sold a used vehicle with a known problem and refuse to answer to the BBB properly, instead they said we didn't understand the vehicles features! That’s a lie, we understand the feature. This vehicle has a faulty with the auto start/stop feature. Or the transmission. Either was it should have been fixed, the issue was made aware to your dealership within 30 days of purchase but you said you didn’t offer a 30 day warranty incase an issue arose. So here we are with a vehicle that really is a safety issue and no solution from a dealership that can’t even service it because they don’t sell the brand! I will never recommend this dealership! More

I have always bought all my mitsubishi vehicles there for 2 reasons . Anthony is my salesman and he goes above and beyond for me to take the car with me. 2nd , Christian at the service department goes above 2 reasons . This past Saturday ,8/2/2025 , I had the worse experience in the 13 years I have gone to RC hill . I was treated like an elementary school teacher repremending a student very inappropriate and unprofessional . I’m having 2nd thoughts to buy or bring my vehicles there in the future . Unfortunately Christian was not there at the time of the incident and I’m sure that he would of dealt differently towards the resolution of the situation . More
