I appreciate how attentive they were to finding my family and I the right cars at the right prices. They were very welcoming and kind. And they took care of everything. I must say how this whole process was such a God thing. As soon as Anthony pulled the car around I knew it was meant to be. A long time ago I had a black Honda Accord she was my baby but she got ran into the ground and I had to get rid of her. I always said when I buy a car I would get one just like her. I know it’s a Kia and not a Honda but when I seen the beautiful black Forte I knew that the good Lord hand picked her for me. Thank you Savage Kia. You have amazing employees! Exceptional service! I started researching in Dec 2016, the experience at dealerships frustrated us & we kept putting off pu 100% positive exp @ Kia thanks to Varun Kumar. I started researching in Dec 2016, the experience at dealerships frustrated us & we kept putting off purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks to Varun, I am sold on Kia's 4 life. I almost bought a Chevy Traverse but I can honestly tell you, Varun made my decision to purchase the Sorento easy. A few days later and we have NO regrets whatsoever. Not to mention, I have shared our experience with everybody I know. Also want to thank Omar Hernandez 4 being kind, informative during finance/signing. Varun & Omar treated us with respect & that is why we choose Kia Sorento over all the other dealerships we visited, sure hope Kia appreciates them as much as we do!! I could go on & on... In fact, we felt welcome from the moment we walked thru the door from ALL employees at Savage. Awesome dealership, seems like family! Shame this smooth process at Kia Savage isn't the norm.
