Tustin Mazda (And DEFINITELY Omar!!) has won me over, skipping over 2 closer (distance-wise) dealerships to my house. Genuinely, they made miracles happen and moved mountains to get me in the right car at the right time. This is now my 4th lease, but my 1st Mazda. I can honestly say I will be a return customer when the time comes to return this lease or purchase it out. It's THAT great. And, I'm coming from a BMW. Omar specifically was over and above in every category - first and foremost, he is so respectful and kind. He was right on the mark with timing, knowing after our initial meeting that I would need a few more weeks to get my finances and such in order. From start to finish, he made everything seamless, effortless, and without a doubt enjoyable! He is so knowledgable about each vehicle and their options, quickly finding any answers to my follow ups, too. Confident, intelligent, and top notch attitude. Debbie in finance deserves a special shout out as well, she was such a pleasure to work with and she made the process all the more enjoyable. Instead of cringing at the thought of numbers, we sailed right through with smiles and laughs. This whole crew has been around for the long haul, and that's what matters to me. Omar was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us get the car that my wife wanted. He took the time to explain all of the new functions available to her and how to use them. Omar Jasso is without a doubt the best car salesman I have ever come across to in my life. He was a pleasure to work with. Guy checks every box. This dealer is a great place to buy a car.
