Easy and comfortable purchase experience I have to say I was a little stressed about the process and Omar made the experience very enjoyable. Great Service and very happy with our purchase Omar was great to work with and he was knowledgeable and very kind! Helped us set up a test drive for one car that we didn't end up loving but he kne Omar was great to work with and he was knowledgeable and very kind! Helped us set up a test drive for one car that we didn't end up loving but he knew we were interested in something a little bigger and was sure to reach out when they had something available that he knew fit out needs! I would like to send a special shout out to Mr. Jim Feinstein. We purchased 2 vehicles with him last month(yes, he was that good)and the level of service from not only Jim, but the entire staff, was ex Feinstein. We purchased 2 vehicles with him last month(yes, he was that good)and the level of service from not only Jim, but the entire staff, was extraordinary. From the initial calls/txts, to the first time stepping on the dealership floor, to driving off in our new vehicles, the experience was something we will never forget. I did not ever expect to have this feeling from a dealership purchase. I would like to acknowledge him for his dedication and hard work he went thru for both of us in getting exactly what we needed and working around our schedule. Top class Internet Sales Manager and Dealership! I couldn't be happier with Omar and Rossi at Tustin Mazda. Excellent service! I hate car shopping. I only car shop when forced, and our lease was up, so my husband said we had to do it. While we initially went through True Car, I hate car shopping. I only car shop when forced, and our lease was up, so my husband said we had to do it. While we initially went through True Car, we were led to Tustin Mazda and Omar. And we never went anywhere else. Omar made the process easier, and was really kind with us. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He sat patiently while we did our test drives, and answered all our questions. He didn’t try to up sell us on anything. So glad we bought from Tustin Mazda - thank you Omar! More

Omar is an absolute professional Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, Omar Jasso made my whole Miata purchasing experience a joy from beginning to end. He never once made me feel lik Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, Omar Jasso made my whole Miata purchasing experience a joy from beginning to end. He never once made me feel like I was being hustled, answered all of my questions with utmost patience, and even gave me some helpful tips about my newly bought Miata (beautiful machine by the way).
