One of the service/sales people was a little rude though - I took a bunch of tea bags for myself and he stopped me from taking them. Really? I just paid almost $500 for the service and you guys can't spare tea bags? You have already done away with your snacks (almost every time I have come into the dealership there are no snacks). Let your customers take what we want. I am sure you guys make enough from the customers to replenish stuff. We are PAYING for these services. It is not as though we are coming into the dealership and taking the snacks and lounging around the dealership without paying for service first. Usually, people come in or leave their car at the dealership for a reason. More
