Everyone at this dealership Went above and beyond to help me. Out of state and my car got a flat 4 miles from the dealership. Sandy from the dealerships roadside assistance was sent to the wrong locat help me. Out of state and my car got a flat 4 miles from the dealership. Sandy from the dealerships roadside assistance was sent to the wrong location. I was cold, tired and in an unfamiliar location. He spoke to another traveler and figured out where I exactly was and reached my location. Fixed the flat and made sure I stayed in the car warm. At the dealership Kayla helped my husband and made sure the tire I needed was in stock and on hold. Upon reaching Omar Martinez, service advisor helped me figure out the tire insurance and had the tire replaced and I was in my way home to MA. The Orange County dealership is an amazing place with awesome, awesome staff. Thank You More

Frank Devita and Omar were superb. What I wasn’t too fond of was the amount of time it took to get my recall taken care of. I waited a month for the part to come and yet I still had to What I wasn’t too fond of was the amount of time it took to get my recall taken care of. I waited a month for the part to come and yet I still had to wait 10 days for the repair to be completed. If that doesn’t constitute getting a loaner car, I don’t know what would. I believe it had to do with no money being made for Mercedes and that is why I wasn’t entitled to a loaner car. More
