my car was in for 2 1/2 days for 1. 5 hours of diagnostics- tech was unable to provide a solution for under 3000 for an item that broke because of Mercedes crappy design. There was no service manager & only Omar on a Monday morning. Your computers were down- which is not uncommon either…. In 6 years there has been an exceptional amount of turnover…..
