I immediately brought this to the attention of the agent and manager as well as calling the 1-800 number and was told 15 minutes later was too late to cancel on the spot and the 800 # told me it had not been received on their end and I was to cancel with the dealership! They denied ability to make a refund and refused to satisfy this change though not more than 30 minutes all told had passed! Very dissatisfied! More

Went in on Saturday 3/21/26 for my first service on my brand new 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy, Everything went pretty smoothly until I received my car back and drove home only to realize the following day (t brand new 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy, Everything went pretty smoothly until I received my car back and drove home only to realize the following day (the next time I used the car) that my car was profusely leaking oil because the service technician that worked on my car installed THE WRONG SIZE oil filter!!!!! Came very close to completely ruining this brand new lease due to gross negligence from someone who is supposed to be a professional. Not to mention this all resulted in me having to pay $160 out of pocket for what was supposed to be a FREE first maintenance!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO SERVICE YOUR CARS!! More
