This is my third car purchase and by far the best experience I’ve had!! Everyone was so helpful and not pushy. Special shoutout to Enrique who sent me personalized videos of cars I was interested in before I even set foot in the dealership. His humor and enthusiasm made me excited to come in. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car dealership. After purchasing a used vehicle, I discovered mechanical issues shortly after, but when I brought it back for repairs, the dealership ref dealership. After purchasing a used vehicle, I discovered mechanical issues shortly after, but when I brought it back for repairs, the dealership refused to even meet me halfway with the repair costs. Additionally, they kept my car for nearly two weeks to repair a battery issue as they said they were waiting on a part; however, when the car was returned to me, I found the battery had not been repaired. When I questioned them and asked for an invoice showing what was done with the battery, their story changed and I was told they couldn’t get the issue to replicate, and nothing was actually done to resolve the issue. Upon returning to the dealership to explain the battery issue, multiple technicians hovered over the battery trying to figure out how to fix it for nearly an hour. I was finally approached by Daniel (Service Manager at RM Buick GMC) and Omid (General Sales Manager at RM Mazda) telling me they were going to put in a new battery to try to fix it; however, they were insistent that I sign a Hold/Harmless Agreement. I refused to sign the document since they did not repair all the mechanical issues and had been dishonest regarding prior repairs. I felt they were trying to intimidate me into signing the document with the way I was approached. Their lack of accountability, professionalism and unwillingness to stand by their vehicles made me feel frustrated and let down. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car or fair customer service. More

Great customer service, wasn’t pushy, resourceful, polite, and knowledgeable about vehicles. We purchased the car without seeing it first - as this guaranteed we would get a better deal. The Carfax said the car had potentially been stolen and research hadn't been done prior to this - apparently i guaranteed we would get a better deal. The car was supposed to be available that same Friday but there was poor communication, and I kept having to wait each day to hear back about when it would be available. Finally, I was able to pick up the car Tuesday. The car was given to me with only 1/3rd charge, no floor mats, and one key with a dead battery. I barely made it back to Portland, an hour away, and immediately had to charge the car. All communication was difficult because the salesperson had to ask 5 other people for answers and wait to hear back. More

I felt like what I wanted was the most important part of the transaction. The staff was very willing to work with me. Andrew in particular listen to me and by the time I went to the dealer he had everything the transaction. The staff was very willing to work with me. I am writing to share my concern regarding my recent vehicle purchase from your dealership. While the initial communication and negotiation with Tim were positive, after the sale I experienced a complet vehicle purchase from your dealership. While the initial communication and negotiation with Tim were positive, after the sale I experienced a complete lack of follow‑through. Tim had promised to provide a GMC coffee mug and black lettering for my vehicle, but more importantly, he stopped responding to my messages about these commitments and my concerns with the car. The items themselves are not the issue. What matters to me is the principle: when a salesperson makes a promise, I expect professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, being ignored after the sale has left me with a negative impression of both the salesperson and the dealership. I had been considering returning to purchase another vehicle, but this experience has made me question whether customer care is valued beyond the point of sale. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I believe strong ethics and consistent communication are essential to building long‑term customer relationships. More
