When I picked up the car it was not what we thought it would be because some of the options we thought we had weren’t included. We were not shown how to work the car. Opal Colon spent as much time as needed to set up our new car and teach us how to use it, including going to her manager to see if we could purchase some of the safety features we thought we were getting originally.
