When I picked up the car it was not what we thought it would be because some of the options we thought we had weren’t included. We were not shown how to work the car. Today October 18th we went back to th would be because some of the options we thought we had weren’t included. We were not shown how to work the car. Today October 18th we went back to the dealer to learn how to work the car. Finally we got the help we needed. Opal Colon spent as much time as needed to set up our new car and teach us how to use it, including going to her manager to see if we could purchase some of the safety features we thought we were getting originally. Opal gets 5 stars More

Advantage Hyundai falsified an advertising price for a used car multiple times. Received both an email and text starting the cost of the car. We placed a $500 deposit on the car and proceeded to secure fi used car multiple times. Received both an email and text starting the cost of the car. We placed a $500 deposit on the car and proceeded to secure financing through their finance department. Upon finalization of the transaction they raised the price of the car $2,690 and would not/did not honor advertised price I would be happy to discuss this with the dealership if they leave name of who to get in touch with. More
