I walked in to Koons Toyota and was immediately helped by Oscar Canales. He showed me the Prius I was looking for and had my old car estimated for its trade-in value. He was very thorough and explained everything several times. It was a very lengthy explaination but it helped me to understand all of the paperwork that I was signing. Both Oscar and Chetan have followed up with me about my experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with Oscar to buy your next Toyota. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very likeable. I was e-mailed a price online for a specific car. I went to the dealer asked for the employee who e-mailed me the price. After I waited about 10 minutes he walked me over to a similar car, not the one I as to the dealer asked for the employee who e-mailed me the price. I made an offer and we went back inside where I showed them their WOW price was the same as advertised prices on other sites for that car. They wouldn't budge any lower. I then sat there another 15 minutes while he brought a manager. I spoke with manager and asked to see the exact car I had asked to see the first time. I waited for about 30 minutes while they found the car. I gave it a look over and agreed to the original price. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to get the paperwork going. I bought from them mainly because that price was lower than anywhere else I could find. They were friendly enough but didn't go above and beyond by any means. Spent a lot of time waiting around on the sales floor. More
