I made a service request last week thru Oscar for valet service today. The service was for 10:00. I spoke with Jay at 10:40, he explained the valet service was backed up. At 2:40 I spoke with Jay again and service today. The service was for 10:00. I spoke with Jay at 10:40, he explained the valet service was backed up. At 2:40 I spoke with Jay again and was told valet could not get in touch with me. I've used the valet service a few times and was home all day waiting for their call. No one called or showed up.
