I contacted four Toyota dealerships and two Honda dealerships before purchasing my Sienna at Koons, Koons, specifically Oscar Canales was the only salesman who told me exactly what Sienna's he had in dealerships before purchasing my Sienna at Koons, Koons, specifically Oscar Canales was the only salesman who told me exactly what Sienna's he had in stock and what his best price was. Coincidently, he had better prices than the other salesmen. I appreciated the fact that he did not waste my time. All his managers and the business manager was also very courteous, too often salesmen treat women like they don't know how to spend their own money! I appreciate Koons attitude towards women! More

I had an excellent experience with Koons Arlington Toyota. Before I arrived, I spoke with Mr. Najor, the sales manager, who was courteous and willing to work with my concerns. Upon arrival, Mr. Canales accompanied me on my test drive and developed a preliminary financial report and bill. Mr. Canales spent a significant amount of time explaining the operation of the Prius, which was an entirely new driving experience for me. Because I had another appointment to keep, I put down a deposit without carefully reading/understanding a few parts of the sales offer. Upon reviewing it the next morning, I questioned if the offer accurately reflected our discussions. When I returned to Koons, Mssrs. Canales and Najor cleared up any and all questions that I had. I left with a new car, and a strong recommendation for Koons Toyota. Additional note: I usually check the reputation of a seller before purchasing items of significant value. I was so happy with my rather spontaneous test drive that I didn’t do so. Because buying a new car is hardly my favorite pastime, it’s an added bonus to see that there are other happy customers out there. More

I've bought around 7 vehicles in my lifetime. My experience with Koons Toyota in Arlington was hands down the BEST one I have ever had. I started an email dialogue with Oscar on Friday morning. We set a time and for Saturday and I listed the different vehicles I wanted to test drive. When I arrived, he was ready. The vehicles had been pulled and were right there. While we test drove the vehicles, we actually talked. He never got "salesy" on me. I asked questions; he answered them frankly. I never felt pushed in one direction or the other. I ended up selecting a vehicle different than the one I had chosen. I thought I wanted and FJ Cruiser, but ended up with a Tacoma. My car was appraised while we were driving. They showed me the reasoning for their offer, which was more than fair. This whole process was a conversation, a professional conversation. In the past, I was made to feel "lucky" for the offer on my trade in. Here, it was a business transaction where I was treated like an adult. The paperwork was almost completed by the time all of this transpired, not as a "get it now, we can't offer this another time", but rather not to waste my time. The exact vehicle I wanted was not on the lot. They didn't try to push their stock on me. They found EXACTLY what I wanted at another dealership and had it delivered.
