I was particularly disappointed with the service I had received. Oscar in particular was clueless about what was going on the entire time I had interacted with him. I gave him very specific directions for received. Oscar in particular was clueless about what was going on the entire time I had interacted with him. I gave him very specific directions for what I needed done and he had disregarded them and proceeded to add extra services on top of what I had explicitly limited him to. Then, he added charges to the service without my approval or permission. Additionally, he was unaware of which vehicle was mine. It just shows me how little they actually care about their customers, especially Oscar. I was very underwhelmed with this dealership and will not be using their services moving forward. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did. There are other Kia dealerships in Orlando that do not have these issues. More

The rear car seats were detached from the rail. The mat we use for the floor was damaged by your employee’s. Someone left pliers between the sliding door and it has some dents. The tire key lock is missing from its box so your employees used it instead of using their own so now you need to provide me with one for my car. Your employees had AC on blast like they pay for the vehicle fuel. Vehicle was left in a tight area where it was hard to avoid colliding with other vehicles. More
