I was very satisfied with my used car buying experience at Prestige. Oscar was very knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of my questions. Despite the long buying process, he went above and beyond to at Prestige. Oscar was very knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of my questions. Despite the long buying process, he went above and beyond to keep me informed and entertained with conversation. On the day I took the car home, Oscar patiently walked me through all the key features of the vehicle with detail. As a first-time car buyer, I felt the experience was painless and transparent. More

Really have no complaints, Oscar was very helpful and responsive. Price was fair though I was hoping to go a little lower but they had what we were looking for on the lot and it was overall an easy sale. responsive. On a trip from Virginia to Cape Cod, we began to have engine trouble on I-95. We called ahead to Prestige, the closest VW dealership. They got us in right away to service, but after about 30 minutes, we engine trouble on I-95. We called ahead to Prestige, the closest VW dealership. They got us in right away to service, but after about 30 minutes, we realized that we were ready to trade in and trade up. They made us a good deal on a 2018 Golf station wagon, and we safely made our way to a relaxing vacation. Thank you Oscar and Amir. More

The process was far from seamless. I was initially impressed with Oscar who was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but once we decided on making the purchase it was downhill from there. We were told tha impressed with Oscar who was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but once we decided on making the purchase it was downhill from there. We were told that the cost of the vehicle was significantly less than the listed price due to the end of year promotion, yet the final cost went from $19k to $29K after a $5K downpayment and no trade-in payoff, and that was NOT the agreement! Even with the added service package (which is nowhere on the final documents), the finance charge, etc the math does NOT add up! Multiple calls to dealership, all calls go to voicemail boxes which are often full. After deciding on taking the vehicle, we were notified there was a title issue which could have posed a problem with actually selling the car. After approximately 1 hour on hold with Geico who requires that the vehicle get inspected within 14 days, Aamir agreed to have the vehicle inspected since there was no estimate on how long the title issue would take to be resolved. No inspection was done, it was impossible for us to find a Geico inspection service center over the holiday which led to the insurance cancellation. As an act of good faith on waiting for the title clearance, a loaner vehicle was provided. When we went to pick up the purchased vehicle, I was being bullied into believing that the key for the vehicle we weren't even certain could be sold was given to us when we left! WHYYYY would a dealer provide a key to a customer if there was a question on the "sellability" of the vehicle?!! Yet, when I rebutted, I was being made to feel like I have early Alzheimers! I literally drove to NY to check my pocketbook just to be sure I wasn't losing my mind!. After much insistence on my part, they found the key and FedExed it with barely an apology. Well, as it currently stands, I am still awaiting a call back from either the sales manager or the finance manager to make this math make sense. I sincerely hope I have not stumbled upon some deceptive sales tactics. I decided to do a bit of post-traumatic research on VW customer service complaints and others filed with the Better Business Bureau and I am kicking myself a bit for only doing it now. In any case, I'm graciously granting them the benefit of the doubt that it is I who is missing something here, much like the key... We shall see if and when they decide to return my call. I will happily amend my review accordingly. Sincerely, Frustrated in New York! More
