I walked in knowing my parameters on what i wanted and wasnt pressured to try and get a newer year. jonathan was great! Oscar was exceptional from start to finish: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my interaction with the finance manager, Amber Rosales, was not nearly as positive. While she was very attentive and engaged when presenting add-on packages like tire and mileage protection, her demeanor changed noticeably once I declined them. She became short and dismissive, and didn't even congratulate us on the purchase of our new vehicle. It left a disappointing final impression after what had otherwise been a good experience. I understand that commissions are part of the job, but customer service shouldn't disappear when a sale doesn't go as hoped. A more professional and courteous approach would have made a big difference. More
